we built this home to accommodate our own visiting family and friends and are now offering it to others
it is 25 miles (4 minute drive) from the Jack Nicklaus designed American Dunes public golf course, which opened in 2021. It is also located less than one mile from a beautiful public access beach on Lake Michigan and 2.5 miles from the downtown area and Grand Haven State Park. A 22 mile paved bicycle path connecting Grand Haven and Holland, MI crosses our driveway. The home is located on a private road and is situated on a 1.25 acre private wooded lot. There is a paved driveway, with space for parking.
