Summary: So this was a celebration trip for our pool leagues- reason we booked was the beautiful home w a pool table that would sleep the 13 we planned on coming. Well to start we had no cell service in the area which would have been ok, but the wifi wasn’t working. Had to drive up to general to send them msgs. Made us feel like it was our fault. It all said the wifi was connected to each device, but was not connecting to host(AT&T). Housekeeper not very good, sent pics to the property mgr. (I brought disinfectant wipes for when we were on motorcycle but they come in handy) dirty toilet in main, floors hand been swept and mopped throughout, fridge dirty w black stuff in it, microwave and burnt stuff in it, bit dirty on outside along w stovetop. Dishes and silverware dirty and put away as tho they were clean, dishwasher full of mold and smelled of it, towels and washcloths were stained, pot holders were dirty w food on them, ran out of propane in middle of 1st meal and spare was also empty. Was told that they’d bring propane that night, got there the afternoon of last night (Fri-Mon stay) was told several things by the property mgr - still waiting on results promised. Then they tried to tell me not refunding cleaning deposit (which I cleaned the above mentioned before we could use things) because there was blood on all the bedding which caused extra cleaning. Well we only used 5 beds and all striped and piled on floor so I know there was no blood on any (our group age 50)
