On the ground floor is the spacious entrance area, guest bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and large living room with fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped (including microwave, raclette, fondue, rice cooker, kettle, Nespresso machine, milk foamer). From the kitchen and living room you have direct access to the large private patio with a beautiful view of Lake Brienz and surrounding mountains! Enjoy the 2 sun loungers, as well as the covered seating area and the outdoor fireplace. The 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is accessible to all. 1 room has its own bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and 2 washbasins. 3 bedrooms have a balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. On request we provide a baby bed for toddlers up to 3 years old and a high chair. It fits in every room.
