more about our place…to begin, the deep, ocean-facing balcony extends along the width of the unit and features a panoramic pacific view, two-burner gas grill, propane-fueled fire pit, comfortable seating and room to store surfboards, golf clubs and other sports equipment
the balcony is accessed through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that extend across the entire span of the unit The main area features an open concept main room, perfect for large family gathering or relaxation/lounging on the comfy, leather seating group, complete with coffee table and wall mounted 60” LCD smart television. An easy chair, perfect for reading, is located in a quiet corner of the room.
