This studio is located in a quiet premiere historic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Our street is on a bike path that runs straight to the University of Arizona, half a mile away. There is a 24 acre park (Himmel) a half block away, with a swimming pool (open Memorial day to Labor Day), a library, lighted tennis courts, 6 pickle ball courts, an amphitheater, and 2 beautiful playgrounds for young children.
*this studio is great for a single person or 2 people It is located on the ground floor. Walk out the back door into a quiet, beautifully desert landscaped backyard. It has a queen bed, a small kitchenette that is fully stocked and bath with shower. Approximately 325 sq ft. This is an attached separate unit which shares a common locked door with a kitchen to the main house and sometimes you might share the huge backyard which has a grill, shade and fire pit.
