located on a high floor in a secure, high-end building in the center of chicago! once inside, you're greeted by a light-filled space with large windows overlooking the neighborhood
interior design is a passion of ours and the chic furnishings reflect that! there is fast internet, a smart tv with roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on
the kitchen and living room are open and very spacious The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 2 counter stools for the kitchen and a 4 person dining table. Plenty of room to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace.
for each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products sleeping arrangements are as follows:
bedroom 1: queen bed
bedroom 2: queen bed
living room: queen sleeper sofa
we also provide towels, iron, cleaning supplies, etc and you have full access to the building's 24/7 laundry room (card operated). The apartment has ample closet space.
the building has a doorman and great amenities including a gym, a rooftop terrace with sun beds and lounge seating, a gourmet coffee shop, and an indoor club room with a pool table that can be enjoyed during colder weather the panoramic city and lake views from the rooftop are truly awesome year-round!

Attractions such as the Art Institute, the Central Loop district, Lincoln Park, and the West Loop restaurant row are only a 5-10 minute ride away.
