There are three large bedrooms, Smart TV's, three full bathrooms, three floors, a large open kitchen & living room & an amazing outdoor living area. foosball, pool table, hand shuffleboard & 65" smart tv in basement!
the main floor features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, smart tv and a walk in closet, a full sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a spacious living room with a smart tv and dvd player with a ton of great movies to watch, dining room that seats six and a full-sized kitchen which includes an island with four bar stools Help yourself to the coffee, tea, spices, condiments, salad dressing and snacks we provide! We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer for you to utilize as you wish.
the upper floor features one loft style bedroom with king-sized bed, smart tv and a walk in closet, a full sized bathroom with a standup shower with a bench seat with a ton of counter space and a loft style living room with a pull out queen-sized sofa bed
there's a huge wrap-around porch, indoor electric/outdoor wood-burning fireplace with comfy rocking chairs and additional seating on both front and back patios if you enjoy taking in the fresh air or dining outdoors!
the finished basement boasts a third bedroom with two queen beds, a living room with a 65" smart tv, foosball, hand shuffleboard, pool table, second stove/oven, additional counter space, sink, full bathroom with a standup shower, a bar and private entryway
help yourself to the coffee, tea, spices, condiments, salad dressing and snacks! guests have access to the entirety of the home with the exception of a hospitality closet you are welcome to use any of the outdoor areas including the pier and the outdoor fireplace on the front porch!
