Summary: Overall the space fit our purpose which was a large family gathering for New Year celebration. The host’s communication was okay. Overall, I would not rent again. I would rather rent a smaller home in Bajamar, but with a much more inviting feel. This home has a fraternity look and feel. You basically need to bring EVERYTHING you’ll need for your stay including enough toilet paper and cleaning supplies. I believe each bathroom had one role for a five day stay. Pros: - Open floor plan in the kitchen/living room area for large gatherings - Beautiful Sunset Views and community - Plenty of cooking tools and utensils - Plenty of dishwashing soap and trash bags - Close to the Wineries Cons: - Washer and Dryer were not available as advertised. Host was non-responsive to inquiry on the issue. - Several light fixtures did not work so no light in the rooms - No lock on the sliding door of one of the bedrooms - The dish washer was hideous (we didn’t use it) - No broom or mop available to clean - The refrigerator did not have a water filter so no water or ice. Plus it looks like it was spray painted silver - WIFI goes in-and-out - Bathrooms were not very clean - No oven - Bathroom towels were old and smelled moldy - Difficult to lock the property once you leave - No near by grocery stores
