this location is secluded, for quiet and solitude, but it is also central to the skagit valley including local attractions such as; deception pass, chuckanut drive, larrabee state park and so much more Only a 25 min drive west to Anacortes and the San Juan Ferry. Go East towards downtown Mount Vernon, Burlington or head for adventure on the North Cascades Highway. North only 35 minutes to Bellingham and less than 2 hours gets you to base of the Mt Baker Ski Resort for world class skiing & snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the summer.

The private deck features a sectional, gas firepit and small table for dining, you will be able to use this space as a second living room.
