samish island is located six miles from the quaint town of edison; featuring several unique galleries and restaurants plus an award-winning brewstillery It is less than 10 miles west of Interstate 5, and 25 minutes south of Bellingham. it is surrounded by chuckanut, samish and padilla bays, offering some of the best clams, crabs and oysters in the northwest!
