pet policy
the park point home is a dog-friendly property We welcome up to 2 well-socialized, well-trained dogs with a $99/dog pet fee per reservation. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting other guests, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management. Please add the Furry Friend fee upon reservation. If you have a pet other than a dog, please check with us to see if we can accommodate you. If it's discovered you have an unregistered pet, a $150 fee will be assessed.
cancellations / deposits
a 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to your arrival date The remaining balance is charged in full, six days prior to arrival, at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 5% fee is charged with any cancellation.

cleanliness
no shoes inside - please remove shoes at space entry If excessive cleaning is required due to your party, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down any toilet. No Feminine products should be flushed in any toilet at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, Guest could be charged damages of up to $1,000.00.

lost & found policy
