Our romantic, oceanview, vacation, rental house is located at Las Gaviotas, the 'Crown Jewel' of gated, guarded communities in Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico. Las Gaviotas has been in existence for 30 years and has become the standard by which all private communities are measured throughout the Pacific coastline. 'Point Break Villa' beach house includes beautiful breakwater ocean views, a shared year-round heated swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, a private sandy beach, tide pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, and a world-renowned surfing location, plus much more.
the two-story beach house is fully 2500 square feet with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home is ideal for a large family or for a group of friends It will accommodate ten persons comfortably. Bed and bath linens are provided also. All you need to bring is beach towels.
