welcome to our grande ii model This home is located inside Rivers Edge Marina. Located right off the banks of Logan Martin Lake, we are 15 minutes off of I-20 and easily accessible. This Tiny Home is apart of our three house Tiny Home community. With a water view off the front porch and amazing sunsets you are sure to have a grand time.
this home features a one bedroom with a loft floorpan Sleeping up to 6 the way It is designed. (Could sleep more in loft). The bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and a 32" tv. The loft has two twin beds, and the living room has a couch that pulls out into a full bed.
in the living room you will find a smart tv with hulu tv provided A dining table that seats four, along with two barstools under the kitchen bar to make room for 6 to eat. Their is a couch that seats three that faces towards the tv.
in the kitchen you will find a full size refrigerator, stove oven, and microwave A coffee maker for them early mornings.
the bedroom features closets with barn style doors, and drawers for storage Memory foam queen mattress. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
our tiny home community offers a community deck which is where the gas grills are located, along with a gas fire pit with seating for plenty to enjoy the deck
comes with a designated wet slip for your boat (Trailer parking included) If you don't own a boat, the marina offers luxury Bennington boat rentals that can be arranged for your stay.
