Particularly charming 2 bed cottage in Horningsea only 4 miles from Cambridge city centre. Horningsea has the best of both worlds - idyllic & rural whilst being connected to Cambridge Science Park. Superb location set between 2 village pubs - the Plough & Fleece and the Crown & Punchbowl Grade II listed pub recommended in Good Pub Guide 2021. Only 5 minute walk to Scotsdale Garden Centre with Cafe serving cooked breakfast/tea & coffee. Lovely walks along the River Cam at the back of The Holts.

there is a bus stop opposite and a cycle route along the river direct to cambridge city centre which is approximately 4 miles Plenty of on street parking.

horningsea is a nice, quiet & chilled village with some beautiful walks The river Cam is within viewing distance from my garden.
there is a bus stop directly opposite Cambridge City centre is 4 miles and you can walk/bike along the river Cam all the way to the centre.
please note this is an old building built in 1790 which has a steep staircase to the bedrooms upstairs
it might be fusty and dusty in areas so may not be your cup of tea, please note before making a booking, thanks
