this cozy 139-square-foot tiny home is located on our 5-acre property, tucked behind a non-machinery shed It features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a queen-sized bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

- we are 72 km northwest of gold coast airport, approximately a 1-hour drive via the m1 and state route 90
- we are also 72 km southwest of brisbane airport, about 55 minutes by car via the m1 and national route 13 (tolls apply)
by public transport:
- the closest train station is beenleigh, about a 25-minute drive away Taxis are available in the area. If you find yourself without transport options, we’d be happy to discuss the possibility of pick-up and drop-off arrangements.

- bbq grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- for stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests
