This is a gated community that is conveniently located 5 min from grocery stores, shopping, nightlife, the St. John ferry and more.

this unit has a master bedroom and bathroom with a king sized bed, television, and ample storage space so you can unpack, unwind, and feel at home There are two murphy beds and pull out sofa in the living room for the rest of the family. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials to prepare and enjoy a meal at home.

we do our best to honor the planet and the limited resources that we have on our little island Please turn the AC to 78 degrees or warmer when you leave the condo. When you are relaxing in the condo, please keep the AC set at 72 or warmer to prevent the unit from shutting down. Also, please do your best to conserve water, as that is a very limited resource on the island.
