we do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
the time to report them is not upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:
1 When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don't forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box.
2 The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.
3 Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.
4 Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.
5 Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.
6 Make sure all the windows are shut.
7 Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.
