Nestled on a quiet corner overlooking Trinity Bay, this property features complete privacy, a private beach, a Hydropool Self-Cleaning Hot Tub and a newly renovated property all throughout.
understanding that the location of this property simply can not be beat, the actual home consisted of an orginal cottage built circa 1974, and an extension built circa 2000 The orginal cottage has been extensively renovated in 2016 with a nautical theme and a Cape Cod beach house in mind. New everything except for some old hardwood flooring to maintain a hint of the old. "New" meaning we took the entire roof structure out and went back to the beginning - wiring, heating, air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and furniture. All is new as of 2016. The original cottage is what we had envisioned it to be and it is beautiful.

To the left while facing the ocean there is a short scramble to "Treasure beach" (as named by our 7-year old son) which is nestled beneath much higher cliffs. Directly in front is a private beach where we spend most of our time with our children.
