the first floor includes a convenient king bedroom (king bed - two twin xl beds pushed together), perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs You'll love the charm of the winding staircase and the modern, fully equipped kitchen that makes cooking together fun and easy. The open floor plan gives everyone plenty of room to chat, share meals, and relax. There's also a cozy sitting room in the front of the house where you can unwind, read, or just enjoy the view of peaceful pine trees outside the window. The breakfast area faces the patio and fills with morning light, a great spot for coffee or an evening cocktail. Washer and dryer is also located on the main floor, along with a large living room and dining room.
