this condo was recently updated and was ideally designed with renter’s maximum enjoyment of the space in mind The kitchen is off the main hallway of the condo, on the right, and overlooks the great room. This fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook and enjoy spending the day at the condo with friends or family. Above the countertop, there is an opening between the kitchen and the great room, making it easy to converse with the group while preparing drinks or dinner. The kitchen leads to the beautiful dining table and chairs, which comfortably seats 6 people. This condo has an open floor plan, where the dining area leads into the den space, which is adjacent to the sunroom. The great room combines the dining space, with the living and social area in the den that has lots of seating and a flat screen TV. The sunroom is offset from the great room and features a daybed, with a twin trundle bed underneath. This area is flooded with natural light, making it a great place to work during the day, and also has additional seating. The sunroom doubles as the ideal space for children to sleep close to their parents, as it is near the primary bedroom.
