Positive: This is a fabulous house. We rented it for one week with our 2 kids and a dog. We were staying in the main apparent and each of the kids had one apartment for themselves. The house lies near the top of the mountain and has a fabulous view over te surrounding area and sea. The pool area is extremely nice and private, there is sun for the sun lovers and shadow for the others. The pool is of a high quality and the water does not sting your eyes. The house itself is clean, modern with a lot of artwork and the Kitchen has all Miele and other high quality appliances. The master bedroom is more like a suite and has a bubble-bad. For those that like it washing machine and dryer are available. The host, Jorg, a very friendly German guy, is a very good communicator. He will make sure all is clear before you arrive. He will also supply you with a good list of local restaurants and activities and you will be able to use his network to get a priority reservation. Jorg is is almost obsessive about delivering quality to the residents. You will not regret renting from him.
Negative: Well, any review needs a downside and I really had to think about this one. I would say that the only downside is the 'park' in which the villa lies. It is a large residential area with only villa's. That means you will have to get in your car to go to a baker for bread in the morning. All in all, not to big of a downside.
