Positive: Beautiful view, nice pool area and terrace (when accessible)
Negative: Not very professional / reliable since new management - they had lost our booking which caused us to be put in an isolated appartment with no access to the facilities in the afternoon. We understood this afterwards since they were not transparent with us, instead they asked our driver to ask us how much we had paid etc. and tried to cover it up as an « upgrade ». Room was very old for such an expensive hotel. Their card machine didn’t work (huge inconvenient since we were quite cash-limited in Sri Lanka). Tried 7 different hotels with similar prices in Sri Lanka, this was our most disappointing experience.
