This beautifully remodeled condo is located on Wildwood on Walloon Lake unit #11. This home features 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with 3 levels! You are only a short walk down to the private beach and your boat dock. The association offers many amenities that include a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, pickle ball, private beach, boat dock, and a 2 hole golf course. You are also close to several nature preserves in the area and only about a mile down the road from Boyne School Forest Mt. bike trail.
the main level features an open floor plan with a newly updated interior The kitchen and living room flow together, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances, a bar with stools and a dining table. The patio is just off of the living room and has plenty of outdoor seating and a propane grill. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed, a full bathroom is next to this along with a 2nd bedroom that has a queen bed. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms; one bedroom has 2 twin beds, another with 1 twin bed and the last with a queen bed and ensuite. This also has a nice sitting area with a full bathroom. Downstairs is another living room area with board games and a TV with plenty of seating. There also is a 6th bedroom down here with a king bed and a full bathroom next to it. Laundry is also downstairs.
