Positive: Ms. Audrey Su from customer service made our stay truly memorable and comfortable. She kindly shared helpful information about room upgrades, and her recommendation turned out to be an excellent choice. She even went the extra mile to assist us in getting a taxi from the convention center when we were stuck due to a roadblock. When I informed her that we might not make it back in time for checkout, she thoughtfully extended our checkout time by 30 minutes instead of charging an extra day’s rate, which we really appreciated.
