there are four double bedrooms, one large rumpus room and a double garage
backyard with a trampoline, a swing and a swing chair for younger children Big rumpus room with a TV for older kids.
this house is great for large groups, especially a few families who want to live together A perfect holiday house, beautifully furnished and very well equipped.
a glass sliding door leads from the dining area to a covered entertainment area with a barbeque
*younger children will enjoy the backyard with a trampoline and a swing, and there is also a swing chair for parents who are watching the children This means you have a lot of play spaces, so you can have fun, even without going out.
*older children will enjoy the large rumpus room on the lower level as it has a tv, and some board games They can also sleep in that room as it has 4 single beds inside.

it's only a 9 minutes drive to the centre of hobart or you can leave the car behind (parking for four cars on site) and take the bus from the bottom of the hill
