in addition biking, walking, jogging paths, and softball fields are all nearby

a pull out couch in the living room gives the unit the ability to sleep up to 6 The pull out couch has a more-comfortable-than-you-would-think memory foam mattress.
the screened lanai offers a fantastic overlook view of the 6th hole of the estuary 9, one of the three nines of the golf course We have an electric BBQ on the Lanai for your use as well.
