the condo is a 10 minute drive from the airport or ferry terminal , with our own parking space There is a full time staff person onsite, providing security.
we have air conditioning available to you We do ask that you turn the AC off while you are out during the day, as hydro is very expensive on the island. You will find the ever present ocean breeze and our ceiling fans will usually cool you off nicely.

All three Tv’s are Firestick enabled, we provide Prime Video, Netflix and Apple TV. High speed internet with Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. There is a Sony soundbar with subwoofer in the living room, which is hooked up to the livingroom TV, but you can pair your phone with it via Bluetooth to enjoy your personal music playlists as well.
