Glamping at its finest. Space heater, heats the room by 20ยฐ. Hot and cold running water just outside in separate building. hands sculpted living space, including solar sauna- works when the sun is shining on it and it's over 70ยฐout. Remote location yet five minutes from the grocery store. and lake... must be 24 to rent.The spacePine trees and wild animals. No there's no mountain lions or bears. everything else. we are 1000 feet in elevation above the town of Lake Isabella. With no neighbors except the ranch house which is 100 feet away. Quarter-mile of dirt Road off the main paved road. it's in good shape you don't need four-wheel-drive.Other things to note. Solar sauna only works with the sun shining on the glass and it's over 70ยฐ outside. The barbecue is available, tank may or may not need to be filled, that will be up to you to do, local store can do that. No dogs or service animals, no flame of any kind. The Tipi is built on a concrete slab with 3 foot concrete walls and very well sealed to keep critters out, does a good job. except for ants and tiny spiders. if you leave the door to the Tipi opened you could have lizards and mice coming in for a visit. Squirrels too. Children must be observed at all times..
