the living area is open to the kitchen and dining area and has a ceiling fan and a second, very powerful remote controlled a/c unit to keep the entire condo extremely comfortable The fold out couch and love seat provide ample seating for enjoying time together watching the 50 inch, Smart LED TV. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, the couch folds out to a bed. You will find games, cards, and books in the closet for your use as well. We have beach chairs, cooler, sand umbrellas and boogie boards to help make the beach days more relaxing.
the flamingo marina and boat launch are very close so the boating opportunities are limitless, whether you want to go for a sunset cruise, or try for that record setting mahi mahi, marlin or sailfish Jet skis, banana tube rides, kayaking, paddle boarding, diving, snorkeling, horseback riding and swimming are readily available.
