This is a circa 1930 beach bungalow located within the Village Historic Preservation District. It was completely renovated with modern amenities, while preserving the charm of a bygone era. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, fishing pier, restaurants, boutiques, off-leash dog park, pickle ball courts, lighthouse museum, actors theater, aquatic fun park, and community pool. The beautifully appointed main cottage offers an open floor plan that includes a cozy living room with a 50 inch high definition TV, dining area, and top of the line custom kitchen. In addition, there is a spacious master suite with a King bed, large flat screen TV, custom bathroom, and walk-in closet. A half bath is conveniently situated between the kitchen and full-size laundry room. A large screened-in porch along the rear of the cottage opens to a lovely courtyard where the detached guest cottage is located. The guest house accommodating one bedroom with trundle bed, one full bath cottage offers extra sleeping room or just a quiet away space. It includes a twin daybed and trundle, large flat screen TV, and coffee maker. This is a property you will definitely enjoy and want to reserve year after year.
