• we are in a very nice hoa neighborhood with great neighbors Please be respectful.
• the home has been fitted with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher for your safety and security
• absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted the max number of house guests must equal the max number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for 8 guests
• please take note that we require all guests to sign the rental agreement and fill out a check in form prior to your arrival
• a noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors We thank you in advance for your co-operation in maintaining positive relationships with our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10PM-7AM, during those hours noise must be kept below 65 db.
• for safety and security, there are active security cameras located at the front of the house and inside the garage.
