Summary: This property offers a lot of rooms and beds at a decent price. This allowed all of my extended family to find a sleeping arrangement that worked for them. Large tables were available for family dinners, and the pool was perfect for cooling off. It is steps away from the beach and the restaurants of Surfside. I was concerned about noise and how busy it might be, but places close at 10, so no late-night parties, no music blasting, and everyone is mindful of kids crossing the street. Despite being next to a hotel and the public beach access parking lot, the beach was never crowded. As for negatives, the fridge is small for the number of people, and there is no storage available for groceries. The floors were filthy when we arrived, and no beach chairs are provided. We had a few issues arise through no fault of the property, but the owners were very quick to address them and make things right. Overall, a great place that we will happily return to again.
