Skiing in the winter, hiking, tennis/pickle ball, mountain biking all right outside your condo Ski In/Ski Out with access to Sugar Slalom or Oma's Meadow yards from Building 1 at Sugar Ski & Country Club. Close to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, etc..
