Very spacious, 2 bedroom condo with a beautiful pool. Next to golf course & 1 mile to the beach & village on the paved bike trail, 2 miles by car. Enjoy a shaded bike ride/walk to the village/beach under massive oaks on the bike trails. Relax, sitting or dining on the back deck with a view of the lagoon. This condo is newly remodeled with parking in front & an outdoor shower. This is smoke free unit and pets are not allowed. this condo is the most centrally located place you can stay!
both bedrooms have oversized king beds Both bedrooms are on the second level. A twin memory foam roll away bed, twin floor mattress and a queen blow up mattress are available on request. This condo is newly remodeled with leather furniture, new appliances and new front & back decks. Also provided is a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, large flat screen TV's in every room, DVD player, CD player, WiFi, outdoor gas grill, all bedding, linens and towels. There are lawn chairs on the back deck and also available poolside. The front deck has an enclosed outside shower for rinsing off after the pool or beach. Parking is available in front of the condo. It is located with easy access off the island to Brunswick for shopping or emergencies. An extensive health club is located next store to the complex with very reasonable daily, weekly or monthly rates..
