The beautiful, brand new luxury villa, the Roggesloot, is located in the cozy bungalow park, 't Hoogelandt. The villa is on the edge of the unique nature reserve De Dennen (The Pines) and is part of the National Park "Dunes of Texel". The beach and beach pavilion Paal 17 are within walking distance (1.5 km). In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy the forest, dunes and meadows. For children, there is the Calluna swimming park and the Schipbreuk- en Juttersmuseum Flora (the Shipwreck and Beachcomber’s museum).

The living room has two glass sliding doors giving access to a spacious terrace with a wooden table and benches. The living room (with open kitchen) is cozy, modern and fully equipped.
