Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage has a wonderful deep screened porch with comfortable furniture which was perfect (and perfectly dry) during the very rainy two days of hurricane Helene. It was perfect for napping, morning coffee, and people-watching. The location cannot be beat, It’s steps from the beach, one street from the center of town, and in the older part of Seaside, which we prefer. The cottage is well-appointed with two nice bedrooms and baths. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we did not cook much during our stay. We did not use the sleeping loft. There was good storage in the bathrooms, fair storage in the bedrooms. My only negative was that there were so many throw pillows on beds and sofas, they took up too much room in closets or bedrooms. I should probably have climbed the ladder to the loft to put them up there!
