Note: Please be aware we do not provide generators in event of power outage. Beautiful, comfortable beach house in a private gated community. It is a 15-minute walking distance to El Malecon de Patillas (Beach), where you can enjoy jet skiing, paddleboarding, live music, food, and drinks. It is excellent for nightlife, sunrise, and sunset. The house offers a quiet place for great short vacations or long stays. Upon your check-in, you will be provided with an electronic key that will provide you access to the community, the community pool, and the beach.

4 Important Note about Supply items: a. We only provide a limited amount of basic items for the first 3 days of your reservation. There is a store close by the house where guests can buy those items if needed, and while driving toward the house, there is a Walmart store.

it is completely furnished with full-size kitchen appliances, 3 bedrooms with a/c, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room that can accommodate 7 people The house is 5 minutes from El Bajo Beach and has plenty of local authentic Puerto Rican restaurants, so if you don’t feel like cooking, no problem.
