The seventh floor location allows for spectacular view but is still low enough for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at night. A full wall of sliding glass doors on the ocean side (facing North) opens up to a balcony where you can enjoy the tropical breeze and fantastic ocean view. The black-out curtains will allow you to sleep late in the morning or nap mid-day. In addition you get a nice view looking back to the city as you enter or depart the apartment.
